Chia Hock Lai is passionate about how technology is transforming the way financial services are being delivered to consumers and businesses, and in the process making the financial system more efficient and inclusive.
Hock Lai has 18 years of experience in the financial industry, having performed roles in both business and technology.
Besides being the founding president of the Singapore FinTech Association, he is also a Fellow of the Singapore University of Social Science, member of the Banking & Finance and Fund Industry panel of Nanyang Polytechnic and advisor to start-ups.
Due West Education
Michael is a Co-Founder of Due West Education, an international comprehensive education counselling company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College of Columbia University, and two Master of Education degrees, one from Harvard University and another from Teachers College of Columbia University. Prior to founding Due West Education, Michael worked at Columbia University holding several senior positions, including Assistant Director of the Student Service Center, Director of Student Outreach, and Chief of Administration for Student Auxiliary & Business Services.
Nicole Ng is a Regional Sales Manager, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong for Flywire, based in Singapore. Nicole’s clients include leading schools and universities in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. Previously in sales and account development at technology companies based in Singapore, Nicole is a graduate of Nanyang Technological University.
Victor Pardo is Flywire’s Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific based in Singapore. Victor’s clients include businesses in a wide variety of sectors such as technology, manufacturing, events organization and travel. Victor holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the Universidad Europea de Madrid.
Barry Leonardi is Flywire’s Business Development Manager for Healthcare, Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. Barry’s clients include hospitals, medical clinics and related services. Barry graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a business focus from the National University of Singapore.
